Tutoring from TDS

Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026

This portal is operated by Titus Digital Services (“Tutoring from TDS”, “we”). It exists for one purpose: helping enrolled families manage tutoring — schedules, session notes, and billing. If you have questions about this policy, contact Brad Titus at brad@titusdigital.net.

Information we collect

From parents: name, email address, and phone number, provided during application or enrollment. About students: name, grade level, and school, provided by the parent — accounts belong to parents, and we do not collect information directly from children. Session records: dates, attendance, and the tutor’s session notes. Billing: invoices and payment status. Cards are stored by our payment processor, Stripe — not in this portal — and we never see or store card numbers. Sign-in: when you connect with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name and verified email address from that provider. We set a single session cookie to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To schedule sessions, share session notes with you, generate invoices, process payments, and communicate about your family’s tutoring. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Our service providers, only as needed to run the portal: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting providers (Vercel, Neon). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, for any reason.

Children’s privacy

This portal is directed to parents and guardians. Student information is provided by the parent during enrollment. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about your family, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing brad@titusdigital.net. Deleting account information ends portal access; billing records may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Security and retention

Access is invite-only, connections are encrypted in transit, and passwords are never stored (sign-in is via Google, Facebook, or Apple). We keep records for as long as your family is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and business records.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll notify enrolled families by email. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
